XTR Master | Abrasive Fastwire
The XTR Master abrasive fastwire machine is based on our widely popular XTR PRO series of fast wire cutters but has been redesigned with the roof panel cutting requirements in mind: different working area, wire tile, cutting at a 45 degree angle, etc.
Just as with the standard XTR PRO series, the XTR Masters are computer-controlled machines which come with our own advanced electronic controllers based on CORTEX architecture and are connected to a PC via a USB port and then controlled with our proprietary FastWire application.

For the flat and sloped roof systems cutting one can either use the supplied and in-built roof panel generator or the drawings can be prepared in any graphics software capable of exporting to one of the formats supported by our software, e.g. CorelDraw, AutoCad or Adobe Illustrator. Once the drawing is opened in our software all you have to do it set cutting parameters (such as speed, wire speed, etc.) and click Cut.
During the cut the endless steel fast wire is sped up to 380 km/h to perform the cut. A wide selection of cutting wires is available to ensure consistent high-quality cuts in a variety of different materials.
