BADGER HEAT FOAM DENSIFERS
The BGR Series Thermal Foam Densifiers are capable of processing 3 types of foam: Expanded Polystyrene, Expanded Polypropylene, and Expanded Polyethylene. The foam is shredded and then melted, leaving a resin purge which is marketable to the recycling community. Volume reduction is approximately 90:1.

INSTALLATION & STARTUP
The end/user must have a forklift or walking stacker (500-1800 lbs) available at the time of delivery to offload and place the machine. In order for the install to proceed your electrician must provide a disconnect w/10' pigtail as the connection to the machine. Our installer will check the internal wiring, start the machine, make sure it is working properly and he will train on how the use of the machine. He will deliver the service manual.
NOTE
If electrical connections are not provided at the time of installation, and the installer is required to make a return visit, then additional installation charges will be charged for labor and travel expenses incurred.
